The ones that look like peaches but are actually soft sandwich cookies! They are very popular in Eastern European countries.
What they are? Two soft dome-shaped cookies hollowed slightly after baking and filled with dulce de leche. They are sandwiched together into a ball, rolled in colored juice to look like a peach. Finished with a coat of sugar for the "peach fuzz".
