Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review concerns on case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for orders canceled less than 48 hours before pickup or for products that have been consumed, stored improperly, or altered after pickup.
